Brittany Day, AuD, MPH, CCC-A

Dr. Brittany Day brings more than fifteen years of experience as a pediatric audiologist across a wide range of clinical, leadership, and public health roles. Most recently, she served as Director of the Mama Lere Childhood Hearing Programs at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC), where she supported deaf educators, speech-language pathologists, and pediatric audiologists in delivering comprehensive hearing, language, and educational services to children with hearing differences at the Mama Lere Hearing School and in school districts throughout Middle Tennessee. Previously, Dr. Day served as the contracted Audiology Consultant for the Tennessee Department of Health Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) program and as Associate Director of Inpatient Pediatric Audiology at VUMC. Her career also includes clinical work as a pediatric and educational audiologist in Florida and Texas, as well as volunteer service as Clinical Director of the Tennessee Special Olympics Healthy Hearing program. 

In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Day completed a Master of Public Health degree in Healthcare Management from UTHealth Houston in 2025. Through her diverse experiences across early intervention, healthcare systems, and educational settings, Dr. Day offers a comprehensive and deeply informed perspective on the navigation needs of families of children with hearing differences as they engage with clinical, early intervention, and school-based services.

Brittany and her husband, Jacob, live in Franklin with their triplets, Joshua, Luke, and Emily, who are excited to start high school at FHS this fall!
