Brent Glova

Brent Glova is a Managing Director at Stout, where he advises emerging growth

companies, venture-backed businesses, and private equity-sponsored enterprises on

strategic and financial matters. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with

founders, investors, and executive teams across the technology, life sciences, and

broader innovation ecosystem, helping organizations navigate periods of rapid growth,

capital formation, and transformational change.

Prior to joining Stout, Brent served as President of Vantage Point Advisors, Inc. a

nationally recognized valuation advisory firm focused on high-growth and venture-

backed companies. He played a key leadership role in the firm’s growth and strategic

positioning through its successful acquisition by Stout in 2022.

In addition to his professional work, Brent is deeply involved in the entrepreneurial and

nonprofit communities through his service to corporate and nonprofit boards and his

affiliations with organizations that support innovation, entrepreneurship, and business

leadership. As Co-Leader of the Board’s Finance Committee for Sound Foundations, he

works closely with organizational leadership on matters related to finance, accounting,

fundraising, real estate, and long-term strategic planning. He is passionate about

helping mission-driven organizations and early-stage companies expand their impact

and build lasting value.
